At Foods24x7, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns except in specific situations mentioned below.
1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement is provided only if:
- The product you received is damaged
- The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item)
No other reasons are accepted for refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
2. Reporting a Problem
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order. Reports made after this time cannot be accepted.
You must provide:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- Unboxing video (if available)
3. Products Not Eligible for Refund
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Perishable items not stored properly after delivery
- Orders placed by mistake
- Customer preference issues (taste, size, quantity, etc.)
4. Replacement or Refund Process
Once we verify your claim, we will provide one of the following:
- Replacement shipment of the same item
- Refund to your original payment method if replacement is not possible
Verification may take 1–3 business days.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped. Cancellation requests made after dispatch cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
